Baxi has announced a new partnership with Band of Builders, supporting the national charity in providing practical, financial and wellbeing services to those in need in the UK construction industry.
The announcement builds on Baxi’s work with the Baton of Hope to drive awareness and action around suicide prevention and underlines the company’s commitment to supporting mental health, wellness, and health and safety in every workplace.
With the value of TogetherStronger at its core, Band of Builders works tirelessly to help members of the construction sector and their families who are impacted by life-changing illness, injury or financial crisis. As well as its practical projects, the charity provides a supportive online community, access to counselling and hands-on help from volunteers during construction and renovation projects.
Through this new partnership and its wide network, Baxi will help ensure that even more heating professionals impacted by illness or injury receive the help they need in their hour of need.
Baxi’s Product, Solutions and Marketing Director Paul Haynes said: “We’re proud to stand alongside Band of Builders, an organisation that makes a real difference to tradespeople and their families when they need it most. Our industry is built on the dedication and skill of those working on the tools, and this partnership reflects our commitment to supporting them.”
