Roca has introduced its new Duplo One and Duplo S WC installation systems and flush plates. Here, Mark Winfield, Head of Product Management at Roca UK, explains that these new systems are both easy to fit and will save installers precious time.
The key difference is that Duplo S Installation Systems feature a twin cable flushing mechanism. The Duplo S flushing technology features two encapsulated cables, ensuring a tangle-free, reliable mechanism and a smoother flush action. The push-and-lock system allows for an effortless, secure setup, with the frames made by a Roca-owned German specialist.
UK bathroom walls are often uneven and tricky to work with. To help with this, Roca’s Duplo S installation frames include adjustable wall brackets for a flush-to-wall finish and rotating foot plates that allow for flexible positioning. They also offer up to 200mm of height adjustment and a new brake system, making it easier to fine-tune the setup during installation.
The latest Duplo One and Duplo S frames now come with an EU-to-UK adapter and self-adhesive templates to simplify pipework alignment, with all elements prepared in the factory and ready to be connected easily.
In addition, a key improvement on the new Duplo One collection is that the frames feature lockable rods, which improve the reliability and durability of the flush plate mechanism.
Both ranges offer flexible installation options. The Duplo S standard frame has a minimum installation depth of just 135mm, making it a slim, space-saving solution for a variety of bathroom layouts.
Both Duplo systems include under-window models suitable for smaller bathrooms or awkward spaces. In addition, both systems have cistern-only versions for back-to-wall WCs. The range also offers compact-depth frames and freestanding options for solid floors.
